All athletes compete Friday, January 13th through Sunday, January 15th
This division is for the individual best of the best. Those considering the Elite/Rx division should be near the top 100 in their region via the CrossFit Games Open. For both Masters divisions, these are designed for the top athletes in those age divisions, and anyone that is uncertain should consider registering for "Intermediate/Scaled" division

The International Cup is a qualifying division for those from afar, & is also for the best of the best from your region.
Movement Standards:
You should know if you belong in this Challenge division. See above CrossFit Games placement description for details.
The Intermediate division is for the "weekend warrior" or aspiring competitor. Those looking to compete at WZA Miami in the Intermediate division. For both Masters divisions and Teens 16-18, you should be near the top 20% of your region in your division

SCALED If you compete in these divisions and don't qualify for your respective division you will be elegible for open registration in the Scaled division

The Youth 13-15 division is designed for the young aspiring competitor. The movement standards for this division are explained below. In contrast to last year, in 2017, the 13-15 division becomes a qualification division where the top kiddo’s qualify.

Snatch 95/65lbs
Skills Pull-Ups, Knees to Elbows

The Standing division is for all adaptive athletes that perform the majority of their workouts in a standing position.

In contrast to last year, all of our standing athletes will compete in a singular division in the WZA Online Challenge. At the conclusion, the top 6 athletes of each gender will qualify to compete in the Rx division, while those athletes that cannot perform the workouts as prescribed or finish 7th or below will be eligible for the scaled division via Open Registration.

Wallballs 20/14lbs to 10ft/9ft
Skills Burpees (floor to chest), Dubs, 12ft Rope Climb, Swim unassisted

Scaled Standing

Skills Single-unders, Lay-to-stand Rope Climb, Swim unassisted
The Seated division is for all adaptive athletes that perform the majority of their workouts in a seated position.

In contrast to last year, all of our seated athletes will compete in a singular division in the WZA Online Challenge. At the conclusion, the top 6 athletes of each gender will qualify to compete in the Rx division, while those athletes that cannot perform the workouts as prescribed or finish 7th or below will be eligible for the scaled division via Open Registration.

The "Elite/Rx" Team division is designed for the best of the best. Teams with athletes that are CrossFit Games & Regionals-caliber, as well as aspiring CrossFit Games & Regionals athletes shold register for this division.

Teams are comprised of three athletes of the same gender.
Movement Standards:
Clean 225/145lbs
Snatch 185/125lbs
Skills C2B Pull-ups, T2B, Muscle-ups, HSPU's
*While it is beneficial for all three teammates to meet the above movement standards, it is not required
The "Intermediate/Scaled" Team division is calling all of those athletes looking to throwdown with their friends and have some fun. While still a very competitive division, this is designed for the "weekend warriors" and those not quite at the level of the "Elite/Rx" team division.

Teams are comprised of three athletes of the same gender. For those teams that don't qualify for intermediate, you will be eligible to register via Open Registration for the Scaled Team Division.
